Everyone is welcome to try the quest.
If you want to officially become a part of the test group, click the participate button below.

GLDW will premier the Data Quest platform at this Data Days CLE workshop held at the Cleveland Public Library. The Platform allows individuals to hunt for and collect data on maps including environmental data from over a dozen different sources. Bring your laptop to learn about and participate in the quest.

Learn about the GLDW and data patterns and start your Data Quest. Participants will accumulate GLDW coins awarded after they solve each quest challenge.

Different quest types will include searches for data, recognizing data patterns and contributing your own environmental or civic data. While most participants will want to continue the Cleveland Data Quest, a special presentation will be provided for educators and citizens that wish to learn how they can use the Great Lakes Data Watershed to support STEM education.

GLDW will participate in Data Days CLE. Please stop by our table to learn more about the GLDW and to try the data quest with our GLDW kiosk.

Explore the environmental data of the Great Lakes including Northeast Ohio.

Enter your own photographs,comments and data regarding different areas of civic concern.

Learn how you can become a volunteer and builder of the Great Lakes Dataverse.

Learn how your civic organization or class can use the GLDW to develop data literacy.

This data exploration challenge will require you to find and identify patterns in data from shore and buoy-based stations found on the Great Lakes.

Participants completing the challenge will be recognized, earn GLDW coins and may receive appropriate swag!
